Most of the specifications and pricing is leaked ahead of China launch. It is said to be launched around 28th Oct in china.
The leaked specs goes like this:

Note 11 is said to feature a 6.5" LCD display with 120Hz fast refresh rate, while that of Note 11 Pro+ will have Amoled display with 120Hz refresh rate. Note 11 will be packed with a 500mAh battery with a 33w adapter in box. The Note 11 Pro+ will also have a 5000mAh battery but with a combination of 120w super fast charging.
Camera Set-up for Note 11 is said to be 16MP Front camera, and that of at rear, a dual camera Setup of 50MP as main and 2MP as depth sensor. Note 11 Pro+ to get 16MP front and a Triple camera Set-up at rear as 108MP as main camera, 8MP Ultra wide, 2MP depth sensor.
Both the phones will have a protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 7 and an anti glare glass at back to give a matte finish. Note 11 will have 3.5mm jack (not sure about Note 11 Pro+).
Note 11 will only have single speaker while that of 11 Pro+ will give you a pleasure of dual speaker tuned by JBL.
NFC is supported on Note 11 Pro+, Note 11 does not support NFC.
